Retail Return Policy

1. Customer must obtain a “RETURN AUTHORIZATION NUMBER” by calling 1-888-676-2747 prior to returning item.
2. All returns must be in “like new”, resalable condition unless there is a quality or construction issue.
3. Shoes should be worn exclusively indoors during the break-in period to avoid excessive wear.

   • Shoes that have excessive wear will not be accepted as a return.
   • Determination of "excessive wear" is the sole discretion of Oasis Footwear, LLC.
4. Returns must be sent to Oasis within 30 days of the original invoice date.
5. All items returned must be in their original packaging.
• Any damage to the box or packaging materials will incur a $5 reboxing fee.
6. Shipping charges are not refundable unless Oasis made an error in your shipment.
• Free shipping of product replacement will be allowed only in the case of replacement of defective product, error in fulfilling original order, or other quality issues. This will be handled on a case-by-case basis at the sole discretion of Oasis Footwear, LLC.
7. Inserts may only be returned if not worn or heat-molded.
8. A completed Return Form must accompany all returns.
